Designed to keep things fair and fun for all.

FORMAT

  • Minimum 2 Games per team
  • 3pt contest

GAMEPLAY

  • 20 minute halves
  • Stop time last 2 mins within 10 points
  • Referees for all games

SQUADS

  • Standard 5v5
  • Max 10 players per team
  • 2 Women on at all times
  • Player tees for all athletes

BONUS

  • Ottawa's winning team will secure spot to play in the GTA tournament on July 5 & 6.
