Designed to keep things fair and fun for all.

Minimum 2 Games per team
3pt contest

GAMEPLAY

20 minute halves
Stop time last 2 mins within 10 points
Referees for all games

SQUADS

Standard 5v5
Max 10 players per team
2 Women on at all times
Player tees for all athletes

BONUS

Ottawa's winning team will secure spot to play in the GTA tournament on July 5 & 6.
